One of my personal favorites. The atmosphere of this picture gives me a mesmerizing calmness. The mountain (Mt.) can be found at the Lago Argentina in the south of Argentina. The water in this lake is aquamarine blue due to the minerals and it is freezing cold. That day there was a very strong wind as we were sailing a ship over the lake to visit Perito Moreno glacier. The mountains along the lake are dark and covered with snow. I like the many dark greys in the picture, from the water to the lower side of the mountain, contrasting with the snow and clouds, to be completed with a nice dark grey sky.
